We ask the lecturers to hand over their presentations on USB flash drives in a format compatible with MS PowerPoint in the congress hall before the individual program sections. In case your PowerPoint includes a video, it is necessary to have the video file prepared in the same folder together with the presentation. If you would like to use any unusual presentation formats, please, contact us at the registration desk.

Recordings
Audio/video recording of the lectures or copying of the lecture files is not allowed without the prior agreement of the speaker. The organizers reserve the right to take photographs during the meeting.

Poster presentations
Posters should be no larger than 95 cm x 145 cm.
Material for mounting your poster will be provided by the conference (push pins).
Posters will be assigned a number that will be attached to the board.
